Orders received before 1 pm will be dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Thursday). Orders received after 1 pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

For UK mainland delivery we use both DPD and Royal Mail First Class / Special Tracked & Signed for services. Orders received before 1 pm will be despatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders received on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

If you are not completely happy with any items from your order or you change your mind we will be happy to refund or exchange any item within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Please note your returns must be delivered to us within this time, returns received beyond this periods will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise (or in the case of faulty items).
